Gadco is a family-owned business that had been providing top-notch lawn care services for over two decades.  Now we decided to extend the range of our services to help protect our community by providing eco-friendly recycle bin cleaning. Nowadays, we’ve grown to be a familiar site across Tennesee.  1000’s of homes show the care and pride we take in every project we do. We are excited to add beautiful bins to go along with the beautiful lawns we have given over the years.

The Owner Rodney Gaddis started in lawn care at age 17

Even as a young man, Rodney took pride in ever lawn he took care of. His passion grew over the years, until it was time to take the next step.

Breaking Out On His Own

Rodney and his wife, Heather, started their own commercial mowing, hardscaping, and maintenance company, Gadco, in the mid 90’s.

Expanding into Lawn Care

In 2005 the company decided to purchase the Franklin, Tennessee, Spring-Green franchise expand into the fertilization and weed control industry. This move also allowed them to expand to residential, which would maximize the growth potential of Gadco.

Gadco welcomes son Aaron into the Business

Aaron is a millennial and has really help take modernize the business from a technology and social media standpoint. “ Aaron majored in Plant Soil Science, so it's a perfect fit. "

We made a profit of $1 million in Sales

Thanks to a great marketing strategy and a vision for the future. Gadco has continually increased, it's sales from year to year. Which led to them hitting the 1 million mark.

The Next Frontier

With it's purchase of Tip Top Bins, Gadco will now offer eco-friendly recycle bin cleaning pressure washing. We believe the need for people to safely rid their immediate environment of bacteria and germs is in a growing demand after the Covid-19 experience.
